Delete your account

You can delete your Swixie account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete from the app (fastest)

• Open the Swixie app.
• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@swixie.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We complete these requests within 7 days. We may need to verify that you own the account before we proceed.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile details (name, email, phone).
• Your face signature — the biometric data used to match you to photos.
• The photos matched to you, and your photo searches.
• Your sessions, push-notification tokens, and any location data.

What is kept

Albums you organised (events where you uploaded the photos) remain available to the people you shared them with, so they don’t lose access to their own photos. We may also retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
